Information Experts’ CEO, Marissa Levin, to discuss her model for being successful and winning government contracts at summit presented by the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce
RESTON, VIRGINIA, August 4, 2009 —– Information Experts’ CEO, Marissa Levin, is scheduled to be a ‘Success Story Speaker’ at the National Small Business Contracting Summit at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2009. Levin’s presentation, “How to Position Your Business to Secure Government Contracts,” touches on all aspects of navigating the government contracting market, such as establishing credibility, identifying the right opportunities and deciding when, and when not, to bid.
Levin recently had a similar discussion with Conversations in Public Relations Host, Mary Fletcher Jones, which is now available to view on YouTube. During the 8-minute interview, Levin gave a personal account of the 14-year evolution of Information Experts’ core competencies, and how she has, over the years, built both strategic and professional relationships that have helped propel her company into this highly competitive market.
The Summit, sponsored by the National Association of Small Business Contractors (NASBC) and the U.S. Women's Chamber of Commerce (USWCC), will feature a Federal Agency Spotlight by the U.S. Army and will provide a great opportunity for all small businesses looking to do business with the Federal Government and Prime Contractors to network and learn more about the government contracting space. This is a 2-day event, to be held on Wednesday and Thursday, August 4-5, at the Westin Arlington Gateway hotel in Arlington, Virginia.
