IE Wins International Creative Award

RESTON, VIRGINIA, May 10, 2008—The Summit International Awards (SIA) announced that Information Experts has won the Summit Bronze Creative Award for its 2007 Holiday E-card. The Summit Creative Awards were established to acknowledge innovative achievements of creative agencies around the world. SIA, whose participants come from over fifty countries that span across five continents, uses a blind judging process. Submissions are judged based on the quality and creativity of their work, including execution and big picture ideas.

“At the end of every year, we develop a playful multimedia E-card for the clients, partners, and friends of IE,” said David Whitrap, Information Experts’ Creative Director. “After twelve months of creating strategic, ROI-focused solutions for our corporate and federal government clients, the annual E-card provides us a change-of-pace opportunity where we can lightheartedly and warmly show our appreciation for those with whom we work. Being recognized by the Summit International Awards is a nice bonus.”

IE’s 2007 Holiday E-card provides more winks than humility. The animated short includes a “smart and compelling” alien spaceship transforming a wintry snowman into a likeness of Michelangelo’s David. The animation can still be viewed online at http://holidaycard07.informationexperts.com.
