Improving Process and Communication
Internal and external reviewers can run BugBase, create a ticket, and submit the issue in real-time. BugBase automatically captures essential data (e.g., a web page URL and the reviewer’s internet browser and operating system versions). BugBase’s built-in dialog feature also allows reviewers and programmers to make comments on bugs in real-time. Other BugBase functions include the ability to assign and prioritize tickets and identify custom milestones and categories.
