Information Experts is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to perform full life cycle recruiting to include:

• Developing recruiting strategies for identifying and attracting administrative, creative, professional, and technical candidates
• Defining requirements; sourcing and qualifying candidates; coordinating interviews; managing the selection process; aiding in the development of compensation strategy; extending offers; confirming start dates; and conducting new hire orientation and on-boarding processes
• Continually evaluating current and new recruiting sources to most effectively and efficiently manage the recruiting process

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Candidates must have understanding of federal and state employment law to include OFCCP regulations and FLSA, as well as other laws regarding employment practices
• Government contracting recruiting experience a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• SPHR/PHR certification preferred

• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills (verbal and written)
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Time management abilities and adaptability to rapidly changing demands
