Position Profile:
Be an extraordinary administrative assistant -- creatively providing
support to multiple departments including Human Resources, Operations,
Marketing, Sales, Accounting and Payroll. The position involves
general office administration as well as an extensive support role
to the executive management team. This position also is responsible
for supporting the Business Development team with proposal production
and preparation of standard marketing materials.
Principal Responsibilities:
Be an Information Expert demonstrating our core values and commitment
to our clients:
General filing, typing, data entry and copying; printing and
assembling marketing materials
Answer phones, distribute calls and messages
Distribute inbound mail along with coordination of outbound
mail and packages
General office maintenance to include arranging conference
room and kitchen for events/meetings, organizing supply closets;
and managing office recycling
Assist in travel arrangements and tracking expenses
Balance and prioritize work to ensure critical items are addressed
Produce high quality deliverables while working within budget
and meeting deadlines
Interact and confer with IE Team frequently regarding specific
work efforts, including seeking regular feedback and input on
deliverables
Keep supervisor aware of workload and potential conflicting
commitments
Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of
issues and problems
Provide exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications:
Computer literacy with demonstrable proficiency in MS Office
Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Can easily handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be able to work cooperatively as a member of a team as
well as independently with self direction
Must possess patience, flexibility, and a good sense of humor,
and must be solution-focused
Must have strong professionalism and exceptional interpersonal
skills
Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum of a high school degree required, college experience
preferred
1 to 2 years administrative assistant experience required
